We recommend that Magnesium Glycinate Capsules be used in combination with prescription medications for patients who experience muscle spasms, neuropathic pain, or difficulty with sleeping.
The mineral magnesium is a critical co-factor in more than 300 enzymatic reactions in the human body, and magnesium deficiency can affect virtually every organ system. Studies have suggested that the typical American diet does not provide people with an adequate amount of magnesium for proper functioning of the body. Supplementation with magnesium can therefore provide nearly universal health benefits.
Most magnesium supplements come in the form of Magnesium Oxide. This form of magnesium is often poorly absorbed by the body and can cause diarrhea in some patients. At our pharmacy, we compound Magnesium Glycinate Capsules as an over the counter supplement. This form of magnesium is very well absorbed by the body.
Positive feedback from our patients who have tried our Magnesium Glycinate Capsules has been overwhelming.
