It's easy to place an order with Lee Silsby. Our Patient Care Advocates are here to assist you in the process, and insure that all of your questions are answered and your medications are received quickly.
Ordering Prescription Medications
In most cases, your practitioner will call or fax us with your prescription.
Once received, we will contact you to obtain the insurance information and discuss all the other details such as pricing, payment and shipping options.
If you have the prescription with you, you may fax it to us directly to 216-321-4303 and include your contact information (full name and phone number) in the fax, if it is not already included in the prescription.
Pharmacy Refund / Return Policy. All sales are final once a prescription has left the pharmacy. To the extent permitted by applicable law, payment(s) for patient-specific compounded medication(s) are non-refundable.
